When you are pumping water from a depth of 800 to over 1000 ft, you need equipment built for the challenge. RPS Water Pumps offers a lineup of deep well submersible pumps designed for high-head, low-flow performance, perfect for remote homes, farms, or ranches.

With stainless steel construction, matched motors and starter boxes, and expert guidance from our team, these pumps are ideal for those who want dependable flow without relying on expensive installers.

1000 Ft Well Pump for America’s Deepest Wells

These deep well models, from 2HP to 5HP, are built to deliver consistent flow under intense load and depth pressure. Several models, including the 05RPS20 and 10RPS50, can push water from depths of up to 950 ft and 1250 ft, respectively, making them ideal for homeowners, farmers, and ranchers tackling serious well depths.

Each model includes a stainless pump end, heavy-duty motor, and matched starter box, providing all the equipment you need to pump successfully, whether self-installed or placed by others. These systems are designed for low-flow, high-head applications where reliability can’t be compromised. Install with a check valve at the proper intervals to maintain system pressure and protect against reverse flow in vertical lifts.

Flexible Submersible Pumps

Whether it’s an installation in a grassy clearing or on a rural landscape with trees, these pumps work where you need them. With options as low as 2 GPM and as high as 31 GPM, each model is built to match your well depth and required flow without wasting energy pumping excess water you can’t store or use.

Deep well pumps are frequently installed or placed using a local installer, but a DIY installation setup from RPS Water Pumps is achievable with just basic plumbing skills and tools, such as hose clamps, teflon tape, and screw fittings.

Support Built to Get You Water

RPS Water Pumps isn’t just an online listing with tech specs. We are a team of real engineers and pump specialists, helping customers across America avoid expensive installs. Unlike many competitors, our installation setup includes the advice, support, and planning tools to complete your installation in a single afternoon—no strange groups of people working on your land, no wasted time.

We are also proud of our Water Assurance Plan, which ensures your system comes with the right pump, head capacity, parts, and fittings needed for a successful install. Our customers love the results, especially when they see the pump self-installed or placed next to their barn, with trees and hills under a clear blue sky, and confidence flowing with every pump cycle.

Take Control of Your System with RPS Water Pumps

When you are pumping from a 1000 ft deep well, you need a system you can trust, one that is designed with the landowner in mind. At RPS Water Pumps, we help homeowners, off-gridders, and ranchers own their water independence by supplying premium-quality components backed by a real, US-based support team.

With our pumps, you can achieve independence, reliability, and high-performance water delivery without the frustration of overpriced setups and complicated installations. Browse our customer-favorite systems today, self-installed or placed across rural America with success.

What horsepower (HP) pump do I need for an 800-1000ft well?

A 5HP well pump is generally recommended for wells in the 800-1000ft depth range, as higher horsepower is necessary to overcome the increased lift and pressure requirements at these depths. We recommend calling us to help size the right model for your well depth, head height, and required flow rate.

How deep can these pumps go?

These models are designed for wells ranging from around 800 ft to over 1200 ft deep. The 10RPS50, for example, can operate at total dynamic heads up to 1250 ft.

Can I install this system myself?

Yes! Many customers complete a DIY installation setup in an afternoon with basic plumbing tools. We also offer manuals, diagrams, and real-time phone support if needed.

Our Pledges to You

  1. Be a company our Grandfathers would have trusted. The trend of ‘outsourcing’ customer support after the sale is a trend we wholeheartedly oppose. We are an American, family run company and our USA engineers support you before and after the sale.
  2. No sales pressure. Ever. Nobody in the company is paid on commission. We think this is important. Their role is to make sure they find the right pump for you and your well. If we don’t have a livestock solar pump that will suit your needs, we will help you find a solution elsewhere. Our job is to help get you water.
  3. Reliable Water. All manufactured products have occasional issues and we can’t claim to be perfect. However, we are proud of a near perfect track record in getting our customers water. This starts with selling a pump sized for your usage with our Water Assurance Plan and promptly addressing warranty issues to get you up and pumping again quickly.
  4. Give you the power! When you control your ability to pump water out of the ground, whether that is in the field or at home, it makes you more resilient and independent. We are here to help educate you about solar water pumping for livestock and our systems over the phone, with our manual - so you can install yourself. Take control of your water supply today.
  5. Fight for the American rancher. RPS is a David & Goliath story of a small American company fighting against a big European pump corporation that cares more about profits then the longevity of their pumps and the sky-high price for ranchers. Thanks to all our customers for the support of small business vs. foreign corporations trying to profit off some of the hardest working people in our great nation.
