We had some algae issues with the original tank full sensor. The float switch made some sense to use. It was easy to install and seems to be working great.

Very well built. Especially liked the long lenth of the barb. It really lets you get a good bite on the poly pipe.

Every product you sent has been wonderful, as well as the customer service. Got a bad pump and all got it corrected immediately... I'm very impressed

It is very very yellow, and most likely polypropylene, as needed for my deep well pump safety line. I must say, the perfection of the banding tie straps and exquisitely rolled coil was truly a work of art.

Its good pump doing like 20gpm hopefully will last at least 10yrs

Had a pump quit working out of warranty. They replaced it with a slightly used pump with no answers asked.

First pump lasted about 6 months not sure why it went bad. Took about 2 weeks to get the new pump assembly. After getting a miter and not a full assembly as requested.

I ordered a pump and install kit from RPS after Ryan did all of the engineering to make sure I got what I needed without trying to unnecessarily upselling me. Myself and my 7 year old son (with the help of my polaris ranger) installed the pump 300' down my well and everything worked like it was supposed to. Make sure you buy a good metal holesaw bit for drilling through the casing. I will most certainly be recommending RPS.

I never installed well pumps before. With the instruction, me and a helper installed 2 pumps, 300’ deep each, in six hours. The pump looks excellent quality for a good price. I’m satisfied with the purchase. Thanks

Pump works Great and shipped very fast

I requested a complete assembly because the motor was tripping and the system was having issues maintaining pressure. I was sent a motor that was trying to cover the issue. Now that the new assembly with pump is in I can run at standard pressures with no issue since the full kit was sent.

That the best pump I've ever had. The 2 horsepower Hi pressure pump. So quiet. Fantastic pump.

Pump seems to be working well. Installed with a one and done kit. There were some hiccups as the wrong well cap was sent and pit less adapter was not included. Reimbursement for this was handled promptly. The knockouts on the starter box are a bit undersized, making it tough to fit the wires in, but doable with some effort.

Ordered a S.S. barbed 1" fitting. The part was great, price was great, shipping was fast but the shipping price was a little high for only one piece. Still great and worth dealing with again. Thank you.

My first impression, "Wow, that's beautiful!" Then, "Now that's sturdy!" Yes, I'm glad I spent the extra on the SS- 8inch well cap. It will be a fitting crown to my casing. Lol

My order arrived without an item. I was disappointed, but RPS jumped right on it and shipped one via UPS the next day. Can't beat that for customer service. Bubble on!
