The splice kit worked as expected it came with an extra shrink tube and crimp, which was nice to have just in case

Anyone can be good when everything goes perfectly. When some unforeseen issue arises, the response you receive is what sets a company above the rest. I had a complete failure of a pond aerator. I contacted RPS, and Kyle was exceptional. I sent pics, everyone was shocked and decided it was something no one had ever seen before, and a new pump was sent out to me at no cost.
The new aerator is perfect. Powerful, easy to set up, and running like a charm. I could not ask for a better experience.

Loved everything about the kit with the exception of the 1 inch pipe. Ordered 150 foot kit and received it in 2 pieces. 100’ and 50’. Had I known I would have bought the pipe local and got it in one piece. Didn’t want a splice in the pipe. Local store sells pipe in 100’ and 300’ lengths. But cost of pipe is cheap compared to having an unwanted splice.

I recently replaced my submersed well pump with an RPS pump using their all in one install kit. My old pump was somehow still semi-working at 51years old! While I don’t expect any pump to last that long, visually the quality of all the components they provided is excellent. The stainless well seal is amazing! And the drop wire looks very durable. They make it easy, providing all the needed installation parts in one kit, and their engineer Matt provided helpful advice on sizing the correct pump for my needs which worked out perfectly! RPS sent out a replacement pump very quickly and shipped it 2 day so I got it fast. My original pump failed under warranty and I’m glad they took care of it in a very timely manner.

i just replace my existing pump with a new RPS. The pump, motor and controller all arrived in the two days they said and worked perfectly. Very happy with the performance and if i ever need to replace another one it will be with RPS.

I was looking for a barbed fitting that would fit snugly in 2" Poly Pipe. This worked great. Heated the pipe and fitting went in great. Barbs were plenty long for putting 2 to 3 clamps on each end.

Pumps a crazy amount of water. Ended up with a 2hp because it was cheaper/in stock but didn’t really need the flow. Only downside was the extra weight on the end of a 300ft drop. Got the poly pipe (1in 200psi) from Home Depot, was free shipping.

After a couple of months scratching my head and wondering how in the world am I going to replace an old pump without spending a fortune. Then I discovered RPS Water Pumps. Ryan was extremely helpful in answering many questions that I had. He explained pump sizing and specifications for my particular hole in the ground. Having never done anything like this personally I am so thankful for having used them and their selected parts/materials for completing my job. Great experience throughout the process of talking to a tech to verify what pump to buy, only 1 week shipping from CA to GA and easy install. Mostly the 2hp pump is giving me the throughput I need to keep a 2/3 acre pond full, and supply water to 2 households and a barn.
We’ll use RPS from here out. We have an old well that we may revive with a new smaller pump. So we’ll call RPS again.
Last thing. Watching a fav show, Homestead Rescue and Marty showed an RPS off-grid well system with everything from the solar panels, elec needed, well pump, etc for a complete system with 1 stop shopping at RPS. If I was off-grid that would be my go to system.

Pump was delivered quick, set-up was easy. Pump operated quiet and flawless, that is after working on the nagging leaks. Use the best teflon tape possible along with pipe thread sealer. It took several attempts until I successfully got it to seal. Maybe it was the brass nipples I used, I can't say. The pump is worth every penny.

shipment arrived missing parts. contacted company. was supposed to get a call back and did not. saw they contacted me by email. had to send pictures of everything they sent. 4 days later they let me know they sent the rest of the parts.7 days later the parts arrive, they seem to be in no rush to finish a job. thankfully i had another water source i could use temporarily. the assembly was easy and installation went well.

One and Done Well Poly Drop Pipe Kit for Easy Well Pump Install
The pump works great so far. I just wish I would have gotten the one GPM size bigger. Doesn’t quite keep up with the irrigation needs I have. But not disappointed at all.
