Quick delivery and quality stainless steel components. Our issue with the 4” pitless adapter one and done kit was improper sizing. These style pitless adapters will not work/physically fit within a 4” well casing. Frustrating that a 4” pitless kit is sold as it won’t work. We ended up using part of the kit (piping, some barb fittings) but had to order a different type of pitless adapter from another manufacturer in order to work with a 4” well.
Appears very high quality product that was packaged extremely well also.

RPS customer support over the phone was very helpful when placing the order. The instruction manual that arrives with the pump is the best that I have ever seen for the home owner.
Very happy with my accomplishments. Not so happy with the One and Done kit. Appears someone swapped in a larger check valve and forgot to reduce the coupler to a size that would match the pump outlet. Left waiting for a second day shipment for the correct part, which took a week to arrive due to storms in the East coast. Part traveling from CA to Kentucky than back to Idaho, while I waited. Otherwise everything else was good. Except short on electrical tape. One roll was not enough. Pump sizing seems to do well. Water pumps continuously and the water is clean and cold.

I had a Franklin Electric 1hp 22gpm pump set at 190’ and couldn’t get above 30 psi. I called Franklin Electric tech support and was on hold for over an hour several times and even left voicemails and emailed Franklin Electric and never got a response. I somehow found RPS Pumps’ website and filled out their questionnaire about my well and Ryan called me within a few minutes. He answered all my questions and ran calculations on my well and pressure. He gave me several solutions to fix my low pressure. I decided to buy the pump end that he recommended and I have no problem hitting 60psi to make my pressure switch work. I am very grateful to RPS for finding a solution for me.

The stainless plumbing parts I received from RPS are top notch, the highest quality parts I've seen. The SS union is a work of art, and has a taper seal instead of the more common type. All parts are so well machined there were no leaks.
