Mike Ragsdale
Michael Ragsdale is the General Manager and Co-Owner of Rural Power Systems, the parent company of RPS Water Pumps, and its solar counterpart, RPS Solar Pumps. With an educational background in Electrical and Electronics engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, he spent a decade in the aerospace industry before cofounding RPS.
Mike has played a hands-on role at RPS since its founding in 2012, with a special focus on developing new products with the other skilled engineers working at RPS. Under his leadership, the company grew from a scrappy two man startup, to an industry leader that has helped over 100,000 customers across the world achieve water independence on their own terms.
