I had a Franklin Electric 1hp 22gpm pump set at 190’ and couldn’t get above 30 psi. I called Franklin Electric tech support and was on hold for over an hour several times and even left voicemails and emailed Franklin Electric and never got a response. I somehow found RPS Pumps’ website and filled out their questionnaire about my well and Ryan called me within a few minutes. He answered all my questions and ran calculations on my well and pressure. He gave me several solutions to fix my low pressure. I decided to buy the pump end that he recommended and I have no problem hitting 60psi to make my pressure switch work. I am very grateful to RPS for finding a solution for me.

The stainless plumbing parts I received from RPS are top notch, the highest quality parts I've seen. The SS union is a work of art, and has a taper seal instead of the more common type. All parts are so well machined there were no leaks.

Installed the new pump on Sunday and so far it has been working great. Good consistent pressure in my 3bed/2bath house. I have 2x 3000gal tanks that feed the pump and also added a 3 stage filtration system after the pump. Everything is holding well and keeping 50psi as I set it. Hope the pump lasts longer than 2 years, as the cheap harbor freight one that my contractor installed gave out in that time..
