(RPS Water Pumps) warrants to the owner for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period") such RPS Products will be free from material defects in material and workmanship. What does our Water Assurance Guarantee mean?

We offer a money back guarantee that our pump systems will provide you water when sized by one of our engineers to your well, desired setup and final total dynamic pumping head. We do require static water levels, drawdown and pressure requirements are accurately estimated during the sizing process, that installation follows the instructions of RPS User Manual, and that you give RPS engineers a chance to troubleshoot any issues.

Returns

Customer shall inspect the RPS Product within 30 days of receipt and will be deemed to have accepted the RPS Product unless you notify RPS Water Pumps of your intent to return the product. You may return the RPS Products purchased, for any reason, for a full refund up to thirty (30) days after the date of purchase. The RPS Products must be unused, in new condition, and you must pay the return shipping or return to product to RPS Water Pumps in person. For your convenience, we are happy to email printable shipping labels and deduct the cost (often a discounted rate vs. retail store rate) from your refund amount.

After 30 days and up to sixty (60) days after purchase, a full refund is not available, but transferrable store credit is available for returned products. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns past 60 days and are unable to offer refunds, however, your product warranty is transferable in event the system is sold during the Warranty Period.

As a condition of this return policy, you agree to give us the opportunity to troubleshoot the issue(s) with the RPS Product to work out any issues prior to return

This rugged, versatile lifting aid helps you easily lower or pull heavy submersible pumps without damaging your well casing or fighting awkward angles. It’s especially useful for deeper wells (less than 400 ft deep) or heavier pump systems—keeping installation controlled, secure, and efficient.

Perfect for solo installers or small crews, the Drop-Assist Well Pump Pulling & Install Tool takes the strain out of setup. With its durable design, it allows one person to safely manage what would normally be a two-person job. Pair it with any RPS Water Pumps Pump for a professional-grade installation experience that protects your equipment and gets your water supply up and running faster.

  • Powder coated high-strength steel construction
  • Built-in polyurethane rollers
  • Works on well casings with inner diameter larger than 4.6" and casing thickness less than 1.62"
    • NOTE: This tool can be modified to work on 4" inner diameter casings, but no smaller.
  • Suitable for installs on wells as deep as 400'.
  • While you may be able to use this tool for deeper installs, weight is often too cumbersome to install solo or with a two-person crew.

 

  • To install Drop-Assist to well casing:
    1. Insert flanges on bottom of Drop-Assist tool into the well casing.
    2. Tighten down butterfly locking screw on Drop-Assist tool until the screw end makes secure contact with casing. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN SCREW, OVER-TIGHTENING LOCKING SCREW CAN DAMAGE PVC CASINGS.
    3. Check for side-to-side and front-to-back play to make sure Drop-Assist tool is secured to well casing.
    4. Now you're ready to install your pump!
  • If pump diameter is too large to insert into well casing while the Drop-Assist is attached:
    1. Carefully hold the pump and place the section of drop pipe that is directly above the pump over the rollers. While holding drop pipe and Drop-Assist tool, insert pump into well casing and attach Drop-Assist tool to casing once you have enough clearance to insert lower metal flanges. Continue to hold pump suspended below lip of well casing until Drop-Assist is secure.
    2. Tighten down butterfly locking screw on Drop-Assist tool until the screw end makes secure contact with casing. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN SCREW, OVER-TIGHTENING LOCKING SCREW CAN DAMAGE PVC CASINGS.
    3. Check for side-to-side and front-to-back play to make sure Drop-Assist tool is secured to well casing.
    4. Now you're ready to install your pump!
